Portable Pitching Mounds
Shipping times may vary for each manufacture. For our smaller mounds, they typically ship out in 1-3 business days. Our larger mounds will typically ship out is 4-5 business days. Larger mounds sometimes take longer to ship out because they are made to order. Once the mound ships, we will send you your tracking details. Transit time varies based on your location.
With the exception of some of our 4 inch mounds, all mounds will ship via LTL freight. For some of the larger mounds, the shipping companies will require the order to ship to a commercial address. A commercial address is a local business, government facility, the ballfields, or a school/university. If you need a delivery appointment to ensure you will be there to take receipt of the mounds, just send us an email or let us know if the order notes section when ordering.
You do not need to create an account to order with us. You will receive an order confirmation with the details of the order. Additionally, you will receive the tracking details as soon as the order ships.
If you would like to pay with a check for a little league or school, please call us at (800) 425-2058. To ensure the fastest delivery possible, please email us a picture of the written out check so that we can enter your order into the queue immediately. This way we can pack the order and have it ready to ship by the time we receive the check.
You are automatically registered for the product’s warranty when you purchase through our website, however, the warranty is held through the manufacturer. If you have an issue with the mound, please give us a call or call the manufacturer directly. All of the different brands that we work with provide top notch customer service.
If you enter the wrong shipping address, please call us or email us immediately. You can change the shipping address before the mound is shipped out.
Yes, you may change or cancel your order after submitting the order. Please make all changes before the mound ships. If you wish to cancel after the mound has shipped, you will be responsible for the freight cost and any restocking fee charged by the manufacture.
